PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
In order to confirm the reservation 30% advance payment of the total accommodation amount must be paid within the 5 working days after invoice is issued. Prepayment can be paid by card or via wire transfer.
Guest can cancel free of charge +15 days prior to arrival. all refund fees go on card/account holder’s costs. In case of cancellation in less than 15 days to arrival, advance payment is nonrefundable
ACCOMMODATING PETS.
We are happy to inform you that we allow pets (up to 10kg). However, pets owners need to comply with established property rules, such as, pets are not allowed at the swimming pool area, restaurant, cafe or wellness and spa. Pets are allowed to be in the corridors, on the terrace of the restaurant or cafe only if on the leash or in a transport box. Property has the right to charge for the damage caused by the pet.
Pets are additionally charged 15.00euro/day per pet.
Service dogs are excluded from payment.
